Original language description
The frequency and the phase velocity of coherent oscillations were studies in plasma jet generated by water-stabilized plasma torch and by a hybrid steam-argon torch for various arc currents and argon flow rates.In the case of hybrid torch a plasma density and a flow velocity could be controlled by chancing argon flow rate and thus effect of plasma density was studied.
