Die Porenmikrostruktur der Spritzschichten ist kompliziert.Sie ist aber mit drei Systemen, Interlamellen-Poren,Interlamellen-Rissen und volumetrisch globularen Poren anzunahern.Diese komplexe Porenmorphologie kann die Eigenschaften der Schicht stark beeinflussen.Die NiCrAlY-Schichten wurden mittels der Technik der Multikleinwinkelstreunung(MSANS) untersucht,um das Porensystem eingehend.
