    The first time we have used McPherson's XUV grazing incidence spectrograph for measurements of a soft X-ray emission from the capillary discharge device Capex and this spectrum is presented.Recently we have started to study an influence of pre-pulse capillary current on the soft X-ray emission in the fast capillary discharge and the latest results are shown as well.
