Original language description
Effect of tungsten material used as needle high voltage electrode on the production of hydrogen peroxide by the pulsed corona discharge in water has been investigated. It was determined that tungstate ions and partly also tungsten solid particles released into water from the tungsten electrode due to erosion by the discharge caused a catalytic decomposition of H2O2.
