    This paper reports on the experimental results of CAPEX apparatus (repetitive discharge-pumped laser working at the wavelength 46.9 nm), mainly on its beam characteristics (laser pulse energy, and laser beam profile). The divergence of XUV laser for twocapillary lengths (232mm/400mm) is presented as well.
