Atmospheric pressure air streamer structure and its unique spectral signatures(ESCAMPIG2014)
Original language description
Předneseno na: Europhysics Conference on Atomic and Molecular Physics of Ionized Gases (XXII ESCAMPIG), Greifswald,DE, 15.07.-19.07.2014, Positive streamers in atmospheric pressure air are analysed theoretically as well as experimentally. Especially, thecomputed 2D-spatial and temporal distribution of the basic plasma parameters and populations of selected radiating species is used to simulate the streamer-induced emission spectra and to understand the delays of the streamer emission behind the streamer head itself. In this contribution it will be analyzed and discussed in detail how understanding of spectral/optical signatures and 2D structure of the streamer is essential for precise experimental analysis and reliable interpretations of highly spatially and temporally resolved measurements of streamer parameters.
