Předneseno na:8th International Conference on Reactive Plasmas (ICRP-8) and 31st Symposium on Plasma Processing (SPP-31), Fukuoka, JP,03.-07.02.2014 Non-equilibrium electrical discharge plasmas in liquids have been studied for a number of years for applications in different environmental, biological and medical applications. Depending on the type of discharge, its energy, and the chemical composition of the surrounding environment, various types of plasma-chemical and physical processes can be initiated. In this work an overview of basic principles of electrical discharges in water is presented with particular emphasis on elementary chemical processes induced by non-equilibrium plasma in water.
