Chemical diagnostics of aqueous liquids treated by air discharge plasma(DMPM2014)
Original language description
Předneseno na:International Workshop on Diagnostics and Modelling for Plasma Medicine(DMPM2014),JP,23.-24.05.2014,Nara, Gas phase discharges in contact with liquid generate various chemical species in the gas and at the gas-liquid interface, which can penetrate or dissolve into the liquid and initiate chemical and biocidal processes in the liquid. Important roles of these species in biological effects are acknowledged, however, the exact mechanisms and contributions of these species are not fully understood because direct detection and quantification of many chemical species produced by plasma in liquid is limited. In this talk the chemical diagnostics of aqueous liquids treated by air discharge plasmas is discussed in detail.
