Study of residual stresses, microstructure, and hardness in FeB and Fe2B ultra-hard layers
Original language description
In this article, microstructure, hardness and spatial distribution of both phase composition and residual stresses is studied. Elastic constants used in stress calculations were obtained by employing density functional theory implemented in CASTEP software by Materials Studio.
