Silver nanoparticles were prepared by AgCl photodecomposition using the radiation of water stabilized plasma. The study confirmed that WSP radiation can be used for production of silver nanoparticles in form of powder or colloidal solution without presence of additional anions. However low Zeta-potential causes agglomeration of the nanoparticles
