Impact of the quality of public management education on the contracting and outsourcing in the public sector

Data obtained by the long term research of authors and others clearly indicate that outsourcing and contracting do not deliver expected results in CEE. More factors may determine such situation. In this paper we analyze the quality of higher education inpublic management in three selected countries ? Czechia, Poland, Slovakia. The results are not very positive- Czechia and Slovakia do not have real public management programme. Delivery methods are far behind current international good practice.
