Chronobiological Aspects of the Heart Rhythm Disorders at the Change of Pulmonary Ventilation in Rat Model
Original language description
The myocardial vulnerability to ventricular arrhythmias, in the link with pulmonary ventilation disorders, can be different in various daytimes in human beings. It has immense meaning mainly for persons suffering sleep apnea syndrome at the shiftwork orat the traveling through more time zones, where their internal rhythms can be desynchronized with the rhythmicities of the external environment. Therefore, the study of processes and mechanisms, which are triggered at the pulmonary ventilation disordershas immensely important meaning for detail understanding and for evaluation of the arising risk of heart rhythm disorders. The work is divided into 3 chapters: ?Circadian rhythm of the electrical stability of the heart at change of pulmonary ventilation?, ?Chronobiology in hypoventilation/reoxygenation model? and ?Chronobiological aspects of preconditioning by systemic asphyxia?.
