On the issue of collective responsibility
Original language description
The aim of this paper is defining the concept of collective responsibility based on the analysis of the current social practice. Besides individual persons, social institutions are becoming an increasingly significant subject of morality as well. This leads to the need to rehabilitate the concept of the 'collective responsibility', and also to introduce the concept of the 'social evil' and the 'banality of evil' into moral philosophy.
