The acceleration of linguistic communication, non-readership and the multimedia sphere (The addressee ? text and picture ? translation)
Original language description
This paper examines issues connected with text translation and linguistic communication with the addressee (through text and picture). The acceleration of lifestyle and the increasing speed of everyday life is taking its toll on the process of reading (issues connected with the translation of fairy tales, multimedia readers and the new literacy). Visual communication is beginning to drive out verbal communication, but not information communication.
