Der Beitrag thematisiert die Emotion Angst in Rezensionen zu Horrorfilmen und Thrillern. Der Autor analysiert drei deutsche und tschechische Rezensionen der Filme ?Der Ghostwriter? (Roman Polanski) und ?Das weiße Band? (Michael Haneke) und untersucht, welche sprachlichen Mittel die Rezensenten bei der Beschreibung und Interpretation der Filme nutzen, um die Atmosphäre von Angst zu beschreiben bzw. hervorzurufen.
