Original language description
This contribution deals with reflective simulation of in-patients dynamics in hospitals. The control of the departments is performed using a simulating computer. The simulation is nested in two levels: external and internal, the internal model is reflectively nested in the external one. Some preliminary results of simulation experiments on real data are presented.

Přednáška se týka reflektivní simulace pohybu pacientů v lůžkových odděleních nemocnic. Řízení chodu oddělení je uskutečňuje pomocí simulujícího počítače. Jde o dva do sebe vnořené simulační modely: vnější a vnitřní, přičemž vnitřní model je vnořen do vnějšího. Jsou prezentovány první výsledky simulačních experimentů.
