Original language description
Detection of mutagenicity was carried out with three samples containing residues of textile dyes obtained from textile company Jitex Písek. Two different biodegradation processes were used for elimination of genotoxicity, biodegradation using the bacterial activated sludge and treatment by the ligninolytic fungus Irpex lacteus. The genotoxicity of samples was detected by the Salmonella typhimurium His- assay - Ames test.

Czech description
Studie se zabývá hodnocením mutagenity vzorků syntetických barviv používaných v textilním průmyslu. Změna mutagenity degradačních produtů barviv byla sledována během dvou biodegradačních procesů využívajících aktivovaný kal a ligninolytickou houbu Irpexlacteus. Genotoxicita vzorků byla hodnocena Amesovým testem.
