Oracle Application Express (Apex) is designed to help facilitate the creation of Web 2.0 applications. APEX takes much of the complexity out of building scalable dynamic applications by providing a declarative database-centric framework. Apex consists offive components Administration, Object browser, SQL commands, Utilities and Application builder. These components are included with data definition, data manipulation, data query and data control language and offer development of database application from schema generation, data manipulation, design and implementation of web application till administration of all Oracle database objects such as table, view, index, sequence, type, package, procedure, function, trigger, database link, etc.
