Historical chronology of rockfall in the Moravskoslezské Beskydy Mts.
Original language description
The rockfall isn´t so common type of slope process in Moravskoslezské Beskydy Mts. If there is any, it is usually presented by loosing individual fragments from rock wall. It is very intersting to investigate the intensity of rockfall, because of some factors, which can determinate these processes. Dendrogeomorphological research seems to bee the most efficient method of identification of slope processes. The rockfall was investigated at three places. Two of them were localized on the western slope of Smrk Mt. the last place of research is localized on north slope of Ropice. The difference in rate of rockfall shows totally different values. Each curve had a little bit different long, because of dissimilar age of constituent trees. Because of this, we can say, the climatic influence is the main reason of rockfall.
