PARALLEL MODELS OF ADAPTIVE DIFFERENTIAL EVOLUTION BASED ON MIGRATION PROCESS
Original language description
The in?uence of parallelism on the performance of differential evolution is studied. Performance of non-parallel and two kinds of parallel topology is compared experimentally. The parallel versions were implemented on a single-processor machine and the in?uence of parallelism is simulated in the pseudo-parallel regime. The results show that parallel version of differential evolution with star topology exhibits the best efficiency among algorithms in comparison on the benchmark problems.
