Original language description
Testing of an information system or an application is essential to ensure correct functionality and acceptance of the system by the contractor. Current approach to testing and its results often lacks the informative value that could evaluate the system in a more complex manner. This article proposes an approach that enables complex qualitative testing of an information system conducted by one or more testers. Methodic instructions for creation of a questionnaire and the expert system that evaluates theresults are included. The proposed approach is afterwards verified on a specific example.
