This paper deals with the analysis and design of the specific use of fuzzy approach to solve selected problems in value-oriented business process modeling using the REA enterprise ontology (Resource, Events, Agents). This is the application of fuzzy decision-making in specific areas of planning and fulfillment of the plan. The paper describes the structure and its division of REA enterprise ontology. It identifies key concepts and relations between them, which are used in planning. It describes the problem of the existing solutions in the evaluating the fulfillment of plan. The paper describes analysis and design using fuzzy approach in specific areas of planning and fulfillment of the plan. The implementation of the fuzzy approach could provide easierexpression plans and automated evaluation. This could highlight the advantage of systems based on the REA ontology to provide updated information.
