    In this article, we will focus on extending the hierarchical expert system for dynamic optimization of the traffic crossroads control. The expert sys-tem divides the time for the given direction of the crossroad in an expert manner. The simulations of the proposed system were created based on real selected crossroads in Ostrava. Based on these simulations, a comparison of the results was performed. The comparison was created based on real data of selected crossroads in the city of Ostrava.
