Application for Training Long-Term Memory on the Basis of the CHC Intelligence Model

  • Original language description

This work presents an application for training of cognitive skills, particularly long-term memory based on the CHC intelligence model. This application is one of several web applications developed within a research project called "Intelligent Neuro-Rehabilitation System for Patients with Acquired Brain Damage in Early Stages of Treatment“ (Eddie for short). Its objective is to develop an intelligent neuro-rehabilitation system to increase the effectivity of the early phase of neurorehabilitation of patients with brain damage. The created web application is based on the .NET technology. All game levels, which are the primary outputs of the project Eddie, have been discussed with a team of psychologists and neuropsychologists from the University Hospital Ostrava (FNO) and the Department of clinical psychology Ostrava (AMKP).
