The study deals with the analysis of the load intensity of extra-league ice-hockey players in a championship match in the top junior competition. The relation between the player?s load during the match and the load during training is one of the key training issues in most sports games and thus in ice-hockey as well. The training process in sports games should be based on the standard requirements of the match load of the player during a game. The aim of the work was to monitor and analyze the course ofthe load intensity of extra-league ice-hockey players during a championship match.
