Original language description

Time Series Tool is a self-content software package for analysis and prediction of time series. It directly uses the fuzzy transform to model so called trend-cycle. The trend-cycle is then autoregressivelly described by a linguistic description (fuzzy rule base). The Perception-based Logical is the crucila inference method which using the lingusitci description predict the future trend-cycle valuse. Seasonal component is determined statistically using the standard autoregression.
