Application of Non-Euclidian Metrics in Simulation
Original language description
A surprising possibility of efficient application of non-Euclidian metrics came from the practice of discrete event simulation. Often one should construct a simulation model as soon as possible and demonstrates its realism to the customer so that the simulated dynamics is animated at the display. Pseudographics, using the alphanumeric display, offers to it but it is not as exact as graphics (that will be added later). The inaccuracies can be eliminated by using non-Euclidian metrics, including metric tensors applied in the Einstein?s theory of relativity. An example of application is added.
