A New Reconstruction from the F-Transform Components

  • Original language description

A new notion of adjoint fuzzy partition is introduced and the reconstruction of a function from its F-transform components is analyzed. An analogy with the Nyquist-Shannon-Kotelnikov sampling theorem is discussed. Special attention is paid to the case where sample values of a function come with noise. We show that the ``double reconstruction'' through the F-transform components significantly reduces the influence of noise.
