Original language description
The scientific centre Cideas solves some studies of the housing redevelopment. The studies are concerned in complex building-energy and technical-functional conception of the redevelopment houses. Majority of these buildings were released in the second half of the last century by the mass fabrication. Into the this paper were chosen two objects from Ostrava region, panel house type T06B and framed structure building type MS-OB. The conception is interested above all building heat engineering and reduction of energy consumption along the directive 2002/91/EC on the energy performance of buildings.

Czech description
V rámci činnosti výzkumného centra Cideas vznikly studie sanací budov. Jedná se o komplexní stavebně energetické a technicko provozní koncepce sanace budov realizovaných v druhé polovině minulého století formou hromadné výstavby. Byly vybrány dva ostravské objekty, a to bytový panelový dům typové řady T06B a montovanou skeletovou soustavu MS-OB. Koncepce sanace byla řešena z hlediska stavební tepelné techniky a spotřeby energie provozu budovy dle vyhlášky 2002/91/ES O energetické náročnosti budov.
