Original language description

In past, case studies have been drafted for the building, energy, technology and operation concepts used within the redevelopment of regenerated brownfields. The case studies have been prepared for the buildings constructed from various materials and using different structures. Five types of buildings have been selected. Those buildings are among typical representatives of buildings constructed in industrial brownfields. The assessment of the buildings was carried out from 2005 to 2007. Because of certain legislative changes (mostly in regulations governing the thermal performance), some buildings have been re-assessed based on currently valid standards and pricelists (for the year 2008). The objective has been to create a summary assessment table based on catalogue sheets.

Czech description

V předchozích obdobích vznikly případové studie stavebně energetické a technicko provozní koncepce sanace budov regenerovaných industriálních sídel. Případové studie byly zpracovány pro budovy realizované v různých konstrukčních a materiálových systémech. Bylo vybráno celkem pět typů budov. Jednotlivé budovy byly vybírány jako charakterističtí zástupci budov zastoupených v oblasti industriálních sídel. Hodnocení těchto budov probíhalo v minulých letech, v období 2005 až 2007. Jelikož došlo k určitým legislativním změnám (zejména v oblasti tepelné technicky), byly některé budovy nově zhodnoceny dle současně platných norem a ceníků (pro rok 2008), a to pro vytvoření souhrnného tabelizovaného hodnocení pomocí katalogových listů.
