    The paper deals with airtightness of energy passive houses with regard to the evolution over time. Using the exploratory analysis of variables is first diagnosed state of the airtightness of energy-efficient buildings in the Czech and Slovak Republics insix recent years. The aim of the paper is to use linear regression to predict trends in the field of airtightness in the next two years.
