Original language description
According to the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD II) an important role in current construction of buildings plays a constant effort to reduce energy performance, reduce the consumption of non-renewable resources and reduce the productionof greenhouse gases. The emphasis is placed on the use of attested and quality building materials with good thermal properties. The aim of the paper is analysis of the building materials in the current energy efficient buildings.
