    Thermal and technical Evaluation of Details of Wooden Buildings which are Established over an Air Gap

    Foundation of the low-energy house and passive house is important not only for statics but also in thermal technical aspect. Wooden buildings are susceptible to faults resulting from increased humidity, so it is essential to emphasize the details of construction. The article deals with the setting up of wooden buildings over an air gap - Crawl Space. This foundation is used in American countries and we want to verify using in climatic condition of the Czech Republic. This method of establishment has advantages such as ventilation of water vapor and accessible technical networks. In this paper there are designed several details of foundation. These models differ mainly in the height of the air gap and the type of the substructure. Construction details are analysed and evaluated in available software. Main parameter for evaluation is thermal technical aspect.
