    The paper presents the mathematical modelling of technical seismicity in the geological environment. The geological environment, around stand in the Faculty of Civil Engineering VSB ? Technical University of Ostrava, was modelled. The stochastic method called Latin hypercube sampling (LHS) was used to determine the variable input parameters of the geological environment. The 20 models were created in the software Plaxis and Midas GTS. The results of the models are the ranges of peak oscillation velocity.
