Experimental measurements of CO2 concetrations by varying the airflow and its influence on the blood supply of oxygen
Original language description
The aim of the experiment was to verify the CO2 concentration in the indoor environments at different flows of fresh air per person, based on legislative requirements of the Czech Republic and the EU. The experiment was performed in a passive house at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, VSB - Technical University of Ostrava. Legislative requirements with minimal fresh air flow (15 and 25 m3/h) according to the measurements do not meet with the recommended limits on CO2 concentration of the valid legislation. Furthermore was explored the effects of elevated CO2 on the blood supply of oxygen. Transmission and impacts are described mainly by the dissociation curve, see Fig.1. Because of the developmental genetics human capability to adapt to the environmentwas not possible this relationship with the fittings completely proven. At concentrations above 1000 ppm were found in the figurant commonly described feeling of fatigue further, increased sweating, moderate decrease in pulse rate, sligh
