Original language description
On the current real estate market the barrier-free flats are represented very little, because the ordinary housing is not a subject to this regulation. Therefore, for needs of people who have more difficult access to housing due to their age or health condition, the ordinary housing is a barrier one. In this context the aim of this article is to compare current technical conditions of barrier-free flats stipulated by legislation with the results of the research of the needs of target groups of seniors and people with health limitations, their practical knowledge and experience.
