Original language description

The aim of this article is description of project between two technical universities in the Czech Republic (VSB-TUO - Faculty of Civil Engineering and Mendel University in Brno - Forestry and Wood Technology) and praxis in the field of Civil Engineering and Architecture. Especially for students in technical study programmes is very important to get closer to praxis already in the course of their study. Part of this article is also evaluation of the project results and contributions (employment rate of Civil Engineering students). The main solver of the project "Partnership in the field of construction and architecture" is the Moravian-Silesian Wood Cluster (MSDK). Its aim is to promote cooperation and a strong partnership in the field of construction and architecture between universities involved in the project, the Moravian-Silesian Wood Cluster and companies from the field of civil engineering and architecture. The purpose of the partnership is to exchange information, knowledge and deepening cooperation in the field of construction and architecture. This was done through roundtables and interactive workshops - panel discussions, workshops and conferences. An important outcome of the project is to establish long-term cooperation between higher education institutions and companies in area of construction and architecture.
