Original language description
Dictionaries explain the concept of conversion as a transformation, change, turnabout and a change of opinion at all, a turning point in thinking. To these terms, I choose and assigned buildings from Barcelona, Cologne, Amsterdam and South Moravia. I missed the conversion of industrial buildings, I deal with the conversion of church, parish, art printers and the National Museum. In addition to describing the modifications to these buildings, I would like to draw attention to the development and length of the process of finding new uses, new contents, modifications, sponsors' search, familiarization with representatives of cities and municipalities, including the general public. Selected projects include Fundació Tapies, Kolumba, Café Fara and Rijksmuseum from the period 2007 to 2013.
