Spline Functions in Problems of Structural Mechanics
Original language description
Using of uniform cubic polynomial splines to obtain some consistency relations associated with the inner forces and deformations on simple load-bearing structures is discussed in the article. Interpolation with cubic spline functions based on geodetics measuring of deformation in real structure parts leads to inverse task solution for obtaining magnitude of inner forces and real loads, which is necessary in many practical cases, but mostly difficult to implement.
