    This paper is a computational study focused on detection of phase changes and thermodynamic properties of small mercury cluster Hg&lt;inf&gt;9&lt;/inf&gt; in wide interval of temperatures and pressures via classical isothermal-isobaric Monte Carlo method combined with two-dimensional multiple histogram method. The intra-cluster interaction has been calculated using diatomic-in-molecules model developed for mercury clusters. All results are obtained only from the first principles and are not based on any experimental measurements. © 2025 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
