Radon is radioactive gas, which can leak into buildings, where it is concentrating and endangering health of inhabitants. In terms of human health protection at work and in residential buildings, radon can cause high exposures. The first step for qualityprotection against radon is well done measurements. This contribution is focused on a method of evaluation of the integrated electret ion chamber system RM-1 often used in the Czech Republic. This contribution reports five-week long measurements in realconditions, statistical analyses of datasets and a verification of the evaluation method recommended by the manufacturer of the electret device. The statistical verification was carried out by multiple linear regressions using the Statgraphics Plus 5.1software and symbolic regressions using the Eureqa software version 0.79 beta software. Finally, results of integrated measurements are compared with ones taken from the continual radon monitor Radim3As.
