The article focuses on the matters of explosion parameters of coal dusts and the effect of the addition of small amount of combustible gas methane on them. This work presents laboratory tests of the influence of the addition of various amount of methaneto the mixture of coal dust with air and its effect on maximum pressure and maximum rate of pressure rise.
