Blank development for intricate shape stampings
Original language description
Contribution concerns determining of optimal shape and size of blank for drawing of intricate shape stampings. Three methods - the method according to the Czech State Standards, the method of sections and the graphical method, using the maximum shear stress trajectories - were discussed and additionally used for determining of shape and size of blank for drawing of selected stamping of intricate shape. The results of drawing of stamping from three variants of blanks have shown, that the blank, determined by graphical method, using the M.S.S.T., is the optimal solution. Using of this blank shape is one of the principal assumption of removing of the rejection in practice.
