    Application of Superhard Materials for Milling Operation

  • Original language description

    Superhard materials are called non-metal materials based on boron nitride or diamond. It is possible to replace grinding, which is not convenient from the point of view of required energy and of environmental compatibility, by milling operation when themill of composite materials is used. It is possible to increase productivity of cutting by tools with defined geometry, when cutting conditions recommended by manufacturer are more specified according of short-term cutting tests.
