    Simulation of a Pneumatic Servo Drive

    The mathematical model of the pneumatic servo drive is derived and presented in the first part of the paper. The model is realized in the simulation programme MATLAB - Simulink. The use of the simulation programme AMESim and pneumatic library is shown inthe next part. The realised test rig, measured courses of the important state variables compared with the simulation results are the topics of the last paragraphs of the paper
