    The paper deals with nonlinear control systems synthesis. The problem is solved using sliding mode controls, which are suitable for synthesis of relatively wide class nonlinear system. The described control algorithms were applied to position control ofthe levitating systems in magnetic field, which were made as a laboratory models on Department of Automatic Control and Instrumentation. The designed algorithms were verified by using computer simulation and directly on the laboratory models. The resultsachieved confirm suitable technical means and synthesis by using sliding modes for nonlinear control tasks. The research work was founded by grant MSMT 272300012

    Příspěvek řeší syntézu nelineárních systémů. Problém je řešen použitím klouzavého řízení. Popsané algoritmy řízení byly navrženy pro model levitace v magnetickém poli. Jejich správnost byla ověřena jak číslicovou simulací, tak i přímo na laboratorním modelu
