Ratcheting Simulations of CS1026 Steel using FEM

Result description

In a search for a constitutive model for ratcheting simulation, the models by Chaboche and AdbelKarim-Ohno and the modidication of AbdelKarim-Ohno model are evaluated aganist a set of uniaxial and biaxial ratheting responses. It is difficult to simulatesimultanously the uniaxial and multiaxial ratcheting responses with the AbdelKarim-Ohno model. This problem has been removed by modification described in the paper. The proposed cyclic plasticity model simulates all solved cases very well.

    Při hledání vhodného konstitutivního modelu byly ověřeny možnosti modelů plasticity Chaboche a AbdelKarim-Ohno, a to na vybraných případech uniaxiálního a biaxiálního ratchetingu oceli CS1026. S modelem AbdelKarim-Ohno je obtížné dobře simulovat uniaxiální a multiaxiální ratcheting při stejném nastavení materiálových parametrů. Tento problém byl vyřešen modifikací popsanou v článku. Navržený model cyklické plasticity obstál ve všech řešených případech velmi dobře.
