Application of the Alternating Magnetic Field during Tensile Test of the Steel 12013

Result description

In this paper is described influence of the alternating magnetic field with magnetic intensity 470 kA/m on tension test of the steel 12013. We made tension test for three values of the strain rates. Magnetic intensities and magnetic flux were measured with transverse Hall probe. From measuring results were determined average values and data dispersion. Average values of the flow stress as function logarithmic strain, average values of the total strain at fracture, and average the values of the homogenous plastic strain were then comparison. The values of the influences magnetic field were comparison with data dispersions.

    Aplikace střídavého magnetického pole v průběhu tahového testu oceli 12013

    V této práci je popsán vliv střídavého magnetického pole s intenzitou 470 kA/m na průběh tahového testu oceli 12013. Provedli jsme tahové testy pro tři deformační rychlosti. Magnetické intenzity byly měřeny pomocí Halové příčné sondy. Z naměřených výsledků byly určeny střední hodnoty rozptylu. Střední hodnoty přetvárných odporů jako funkce logaritmické deformace, střední hodnoty tažnosti a střední hodnoty homogenní plastické deformace pak srovnávány.
