This paper informs on ECAP technology investigations that have been oriented by overall objectives of acquiring new knowledge concerning deformation resistances, stress condition impacts, and physical/ technological conditions as decisive factors of material formability processes that provide for nano-sized grain structures of very high plasticity, and very good mechanical properties. Mathematical simulation geometry parameters of the forming die is very important to exactly analyses of this problem.

V příspěvku je popisován vývoj technologií výroby nanostrukturních materiálů, s velmi dobrou plasticitou a vysokými mechanickými vlastnostmi, se zaměřením na nové poznatky dosažené matematickou simulací procesu ECAP zahrnující vliv napěťovo-deformačnícha fyzikálně-technologických podmínek. Matematická simulace geometrie nástroje je velmi důležitá při řešení daného problému.
