The contribution is dealing with web application for department publications administration. The functional requirements for implementation of IS are described in the first instance, the contribution describes the application in detail at the next chapters. Application for publications administration results from needs of department of Control systems and instrumentation and it?s fully integrated to the administrative execution of department. Information system is implemented in MS Visual Studio.NET 2008 environment.
